Terms & Conditions of CenterStage International
Effective Date: 23 June 2025

Welcome to Centerstage International ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [centerstage-international.com] (the "Site") and all services offered, including one-on-one and on-demand performing arts training, as well as educational resources for teachers and students (collectively, the "Services").

By using this Site or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Services Overview

Centerstage International offers a range of performing arts education services, including:

  • Personalized Coaching: Custom one-on-one sessions (online or in person) tailored to the student’s goals, experience, and background.

  • On-Demand Classes: Pre-recorded lessons available for self-paced learning.

  • Teacher Resources: Downloadable tools, lesson plans, and support materials for arts educators.

  • Student Resources: Practice materials, audition guides, and performance-focused study aids.

Services may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering without notice.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both parties.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Each session may only be rescheduled once.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are considered forfeited and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for coaching, classes, and resources vary depending on the service and will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.

  • All payments must be made in advance via approved methods (e.g., WeChat, bank transfer, online payment gateway).

  • Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and your commitment to the booked service.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not available once a service has commenced or content has been accessed.

4. Use of Resources

  • All downloadable content (student and teacher resources) is licensed for personal or classroom use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, commercial use, or sharing on third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.

  • Educators may use materials within their own classes but may not incorporate them into paid programs or products without written consent.

5. Conduct Expectations

You agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow users with professionalism and respect.

  • Use the Services only for lawful and educational purposes.

  • Not reproduce, alter, or misuse the content or platform.

Inappropriate behavior or violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or removal from the platform without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, lesson materials, guides, designs, branding, and documentation—is the property of Centerstage International or its content providers. You may not copy, share, adapt, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

We are committed to delivering high-quality performing arts education. However:

  • We do not guarantee admission to any program, school, or institution.

  • Results may vary depending on individual effort, ability, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Centerstage International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
