By purchasing from our website or through our coaching programs, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final, with limited exceptions as outlined below. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use the service within the access period.
2. One-on-One Coaching Sessions
2.1 Payment Requirement

Full payment must be made in advance before any session begins. Payment confirms your commitment and acceptance of our terms.
2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session once if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

If a rescheduled session cannot be attended, it will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
2.3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for coaching sessions are only considered in the following situations:

A confirmed double booking or administrative error caused by Centerstage International.

Technical issues (e.g., instructor no-show, platform malfunction) that prevent the session from occurring and cannot be rescheduled.

Exceptional personal emergencies, assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. On-Demand Classes
3.1 Access and Use

Access to on-demand classes is granted immediately upon purchase.

Because this is a digital product, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be granted if:

A video is inaccessible due to technical issues and we are unable to resolve the problem within 5 business days.

The course description was misleading or significantly inaccurate.
All such claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Downloadable Teacher & Student Resources
4.1 Non-Refundable Products
All downloadable PDFs, guides, lesson plans, and resource packs are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:

You received a corrupt or incomplete file and we cannot supply a corrected version within 5 business days.
